  • What exactly am I getting?
    Dedicated fitness training, nutrition guidance, personalized workouts, and weekly progress tracking. Talk with your trainer via text, phone call, or Zoom. Designed to fit your personal lifestyle and schedule, the versatility of BILT WELL is one of its greatest qualities. You and your trainer discuss your background and get clear on your goals. Your trainer designs custom workouts for you and holds you accountable. Your fitness plan is built around your needs and your goals, whether it be getting stronger, increasing muscle mass, losing weight, feeling healthier, or all of the above. Your trainer guides you through every step of your workouts. You don't have to think about your workouts, just show up, do the work, and be amazed at the results. The BILT WELL approach is to accomplish hard things in a simple, practical and realistic way.
  • Do you help with nutrition?
    Absolutely! While your trainer doesn't provide specific meal plans, they do educate you on how to create your own individualized meal plans, track macros, give healthy and balanced eating tips, and explore mindful eating. Your trainer will work to keep you on track with healthy eating habits, setting you up for success in each and every goal.
  • What equipment do I need?
    Nothing! Your personal trainer helps you achieve a better life with as much, or as little equipment as you have. Your trainer builds a personalized plan for you whether you’re at home, on the go, or at a gym. However, a yoga mat and resistance bands are recommended for most workouts.
  • Is there a contract?
    Nope, no contract. You can cancel at any time simply by reaching out to hello@biltwell.online. No questions and no hassle.
  • Is BILT WELL available internationally?
    Yes! BILT WELL is offered in English and is available for international clients. Trainer availability is based on US time zones.
  • How much is it?
    This is an investment in your overall health and wellness that includes your own dedicated trainer, a personalized workout program created and updated by your trainer according to your goals, nutrition guidance, messaging and video calls with your trainer, and access to ongoing support and educational resources. Options start at only $24.99 USD/week (billed upfront) with the opportunity to select a monthly BILT WELL membership.
